New Student Application
Please complete one application for each child you wish to enroll at Genuine Academy.
If this application is not completed we will not be able to include your child in the enrollment process. Applications are valid for the 2019-2020 school year only. Applications must be received by July 22, 2019. Please make sure to include a $25 nonrefundable application fee. The fee made be paid in person via cash, check, debit card or money order. Applicants will be contacted within 5 business days of receipt of the completed application with the notification of if your child was accepted for the upcoming school year. At that time, a $200 registration fee will be required to begin the admissions process before the student can be admitted to school. If you do not receive notification, please make sure to contact the front office as soon as possible.
You must submit legible copies of the following forms for your application to be complete.
• Student Social Security Cards, Birth Certificate or Legal Guardianship Papers
• Parent/Guardian Home Utility Bill, Mortgage Bill, or Lease to verify residency
• Parent/Guardian License or I.D. Card
• Shot Records
• Student Transcripts
