Trygghetsformulär STS

Vi i STS styrelse vill att alla våra studenter ska känna sig trygga och välkomna, både på campus och vid alla evenemang som anordnas av STS-sektionen. Vi värnar om att skapa en miljö där alla trivs och känner sig bekväma. Syftet med detta formulär är att ge dig möjlighet att informera vår studiesocialt ansvariga om händelser som inträffat, så att vi kan säkerställa att rätt åtgärder vidtas och skapa en ännu bättre miljö för alla.

Det kan handla om frågor som rör studiebevakning, om du upplevt att en lärare, föreläsare eller handledare behandlat dig illa, eller om det är något i studiemiljön som behöver förbättras.

Om du har upplevt någon form av trakasserier eller något som gjort att du känt dig otrygg, oavsett om det är på campus eller under något av våra evenemang, såsom exempelvis en sittning, vill vi verkligen att du hör av dig till oss!

Vi tar din integritet på stort allvar och vår studiesocialt ansvariga arbetar enligt föreningens sekretessavtal. Du har även möjlighet att lämna in din anmälan anonymt, men då kan vi tyvärr inte ge återkoppling.

We, the STS board, want all our students to feel safe and welcome, both on campus and at all events organized by the STS section. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys being a part of the community. The purpose of this form is to give you the opportunity to inform our Head of Student Welfare about any incidents that have occurred, so we can ensure that the proper actions are taken and create an even better environment for everyone.

This could include issues related to academic monitoring, if you have experienced mistreatment by a teacher, lecturer, or supervisor, or if there is something in the study environment that needs improvement. If you have experienced any form of harassment or anything that has made you feel unsafe, whether on campus or during any of our events, we really encourage you to reach out to us.

We take your privacy very seriously, and our Head of Student Welfare works in accordance with the association’s confidentiality agreement. You also have the option to submit your report anonymously, but please note that we will not be able to provide feedback in that case.
