1. All applications must be completed in full. This means your COMPLETE name and address. Complete contact information must also be provided for your rental agency (if applicable), veterinary clinic, and personal reference. 

2. All animals in the home must be spayed/neutered (unless too young or there is a documented medical reason). 

Dogs and cats must be up to date on vaccines (Dog: Rabies & DHPP, Cats: Rabies & FVRCP) and dogs must be on heartworm prevention.

3. Incomplete and/or false information are subject to automatic declination. 

4. Application times are subject to extended waiting periods if submitted over a weekend or holiday. Extended wait times are also effected by hard to reach references. To help speed the process along, we encourage you to notify all references listed that we will be making contact with them and ensure all contact information is accurate and up to date.
