HCCC Grounds Variance Request
According to HCCC policies:
“The Grounds Team is responsible for the care of all common area vegetative landscaping and snow removal within HCCC, including all planter areas as well as the Community Garden. The Grounds Team has oversight of backyard common spaces including any alterations to “backyard” space (including any changes in plantings, hardscape) to assure conformity to community design values. In addition, the Grounds Team has responsibility for common tools and equipment maintenance and maintains the irrigation system.”
Instructions
 Please fill out this form if there’s a grounds issue (especially those adjacent to your residence) that requires attention of the grounds team. Grounds Team approval is needed before significant pruning, planting, or change of hardscape or landscape near your residence. Unless emergent, these issues or requested changes will be discussed and addressed during monthly meetings of the Grounds Team.
