Important Notes--Please read carefully before completing this form!

  • Please allow a period of 10-14 days after submitting this form for your service to be completed. Services are guaranteed in this time frame only. You will be notified when service is completed. If you require a shorter window, there will be a rush fee added to your total.

  • If you leave a system with a main attached, we will return your system with the main packed and charge you for the main pack job in addition to the work requested.

  • Equipment left in the loft for more than 30 days after the date of your invoice will be charged a storage fee of $30 + $1/day for each day thereafter. Equipment left in the loft for a period of 1 year or more after the date of your invoice will be considered to be abandoned and become the property of Skydive Spaceland.

  • Equipment which must be shipped to a manufacturer for repair or service may be subject to a handling charge, which will be added to your total.

  • Prices are subject to change without warning.

  • Automatic Activation Device (CYPRES, Vigil, Mars, etc.) service requirements are mandatory and will be done if the service is due within the next 180 days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to accept equipment with incompatible components, components not regulated under the United States FAA TSO C23, older than 10 years, or otherwise deemed not airworthy.

  • Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and minor repairs will be performed as deemed necessary for the airworthiness of the equipment. If additional charges exceed $30, we will contact you prior to performing the work.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added to the price of parts ordered. Listed prices do not include sales tax.
