This media registration notifies The Carter Center of your intention to report from the courtesy broadcast location at the Center in Atlanta, Georgia, between Sunday, Nov. 26., and Tuesday, Nov. 28.
Option 1: If you wish to park a satellite truck in the Triangle, please indicate that on the form. You will be required to marshal your truck at Yaarab Shrine at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 26, and must keep that truck in place through mid-afternoon on Tuesday, Nov. 28.
Option 2: If you do not wish to park a truck on site but do wish to report from the Triangle during this time period using backpacks and sticks, please indicate that on the form. Your crew will need to be dropped off at the corner of N. Highland and Cleburne Ave. and walk to the Triangle. Please respect the Center’s neighbors and all parking regulations.
In addition, if you would like a spot in the outdoor press pen for the 15-minute arrival ceremony on Monday, Nov. 27, and/or the 15-minute departure ceremony on Tuesday, Nov. 28, please indicate the names of the reporters who will attend on this form. This is backpack-and-sticks only opportunity, and WAGA-TV will provide pool coverage of these ceremonies, as well as of the indoor repose ceremony and public repose.
