We are excited that you have decided to join Bethany Romanian Pentecostal Church (BRPC) on a mission trip to Matamoros, Mexico this December! As with other outreach activities of similar scope as this trip, much planning and preparation is required, and this application is a small step in this process. Together, these sections provide us with necessary information for each traveler and serve to inform you of general trip information and guidelines. This application will take approximately 14-18 minutes to complete, and we ask that a separate form be completed for each participant over the age of 18 (parents, please add children under 18 to your application).
