ISU College of Technology TAP Resource Center (Tutoring, Academic Support, Peer Mentoring) form for requesting academic tutoring support .  To request a Tutor, fill out this form and it will be automatically sent to the TAP Resource Center Coordinator, Ellie Leith (208)-282-3208. Upon receipt of this form, you'll be contacted within one week.  *If a Tutor is unavailable for your course or program, we will communicate with you and/or your instructor.  We will make every effort to find a Tutor, however there is no guarantee one will be available.  **Tutors are NOT available for Summer Semester courses.

Policies and Procedures:  The following applies to ALL students requesting a tutor:  *It is the student's responsibility to be present for all scheduled tutoring sessions.  *Tutors will not wait longer than 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment.  *Missing multiple appointments may cause the privilege of using the tutoring center to be revoked.  *Tutors are NOT instructors. They are a supplement to the material covered in class; therefore, tutoring must NOT be considered a substitute for class time.  Students must be prepared for each tutoring session with all applicable course materials present.  *In order to provide effective services to College of Technology students, the TAP Resource Center collects individual information.  All data is strictly confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing effective services and to secure funding.
