This 1-day training provides participants effective techniques in writing effective IQA reports that will facilitate understanding of audit findings and conclusions. It also assists them in the pursuit of subsequent improvement actions for the quality management system. This course requires attendance to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Awareness or any equivalent course.
