WV PEP Squad is a train the trainer leadership program for parents who have children currently in the public-school system who want to fight for and seek equity and justice in the WV education system.

Parents participating in the program will learn a variety of leadership skills and use them to recruit and train a group of parents in their community to improve and strengthen family engagement and equity for all students in public schools.

**Each applicant will have opportunities to shadow, organize, and co facilitate with a OFWV staff member from January 2020-March 2020.
