Rustic Roots Farmers Market is vendor friendly market.
 We do not demand 100% attendance, huge up front deposits, and we do not sanction vendors for last minute cancellations.

* Space assignments will be handed out morning of the market, based on how many vendors we have that day. We expect all vendors to be courteous and professional regarding space assignments.

* ROLL CALL STARTS MONDAY MORNING AND IS OPEN UNTIL ALL SPACES ARE FILLED. 
* BE SURE TO RESPOND TO THE ROLL CALL EARLY. AS THE WEATHER COOLS, SPOTS WILL FILL UP QUICKLY.

* AGAIN WE DO NOT RESERVE SPOTS.

Permit and License Requirements
Please understand:
Vendors are solely responsible for all permits and licenses, required by the state of Arizona, Pima County, and the city of Tucson, including but not limited to cottage food, agriculture, or business licenses, TPT license, 
Vendors are solely responsible to ensure they meet all requirements.

DECLARATION:
Rustic Roots is an open air Market.
All vendors who erect canopies (including umbrellas) on the farmers market site during normal market operations, including the set up and break down period, are required to have their canopies sufficiently weighted from the time their canopy is put up to the time it is taken down. Each canopy leg must have no less than 40 lbs. per leg with tie- downs strong enough to hold that weight. It is very windy and we do not want any canopies/umbrellas flying away and destroying property.

Arrival, Departure & Vendor/Staff Parking
Vehicles may park close to their booth to offload, but must move their vehicle to the dirt lot before setting up.

Vehicles may not be brought back in/driven off the marketplace site until after close of market. 
RRM requests that vendors stay until the market ends, it's very discouraging for other vendors and customers to see vendors leaving mid market. 

If there are special circumstances where a vendor must leave early, please discuss this with RRM Manager/Staff before you are assigned a space.

Vendors must clean up all debris, including plant/produce material, at their booth site prior to departing.

Products or businesses that are not permitted include, but are not limited to wholesalers, franchises, items that are illegal in the state of Arizona and Pima County, City of Tucson.

The Rustic Roots Market is not currently accepting applications for any  CBD (cannabidiol) food, beverage or vaping products, or health & wellness products such as CBD edibles, tinctures, lotions, oils, etc.. 
HONEY: selling of honey is reserved for approved beekeepers in order to provide RRM customers with local and ethically derived honey. 
Rustic Roots Market reserves the right to accept or deny any application. The Market Manager, Staff and Vendor Committee, have the sole right to determine Vendor and product mix at the market, to prevent any product from being sold, and to limit types of vendors in number and product. 

 *Smoking or vaping by vendors is not permitted in the marketplace. 
 *Consumption of alcohol at the Market is prohibited.
*Controlled substances, including cannabis, are strictly prohibited at the market.

The RRM is not responsible for loss or damage of property.

 All vendors, or vendor representatives, are responsible for any damage they may cause either to the RRM, its representatives, Tractor Supply and its representatives, other vendors, or customers, and are expected to work cooperatively to resolve any damage claims. Rustic Roots Market and Tractor Supply are not responsible for personal injury or property damage as a result of being a vendor of Rustic Roots Market or being on Tractor Supply premises.
