The webinar will be facilitated by LDRI Executive Director, Muchiri Nyaggah and will focus on the zero draft of the model open data policy guideline. The draft guideline was co-created during a workshop in Nairobi, Kenya that brought together stakeholders from Kenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Sierra Leone and will provide a framework that informs and enables open data for governments/institution within their varied contexts.
