Communications/Marketing Request Form
Please submit communication requests at least 6 weeks in advance; at least 8 weeks if it involves video production requests.

For requests within 30 days of the event date, please fill out this form AND contact Wendy Kuschel directly (communications@stmarkministries.com) and a decision will be made on if it can be accommodated.  

Please EMAIL any photos, web links, logos, professional graphics, etc. you'd like used in your promotions to both Wendy Kuschel (communications@stmarkministries.com) and Emily Schutte (emily.schutte@stmarkministries.com) after completing this form.  All visuals/graphics will be created by our communications team.

Based on the info provided, our communications team will determine which tier the event falls under. Tier 1 events require more publicity time and materials than Tier 4.
  • Tier 1 - affects 80% of our congregation
  • Tier 2 - affects 80% of a specific ministry
  • Tier 3 - affects 20% of our congregation
  • Tier 4 - an outside event being brought in from a different company
