* The $60 application/membership fee will automatically become the annual membership fee for the first year If the application is approved. The first year of membership begins from the next annual conference meeting.
- NOMINATION & MEMBERSHIP
When the Chair of the Membership Committee receives the application materials, they will be shared with the nominators. The nomination will then be reviewed by the Membership Committee and sent to the Board of NATPA for approval. Once the board approves the nomination, the nominee will become a provisional member who can vote and discuss issues over the forum as a full member, except nominating members and serving as a board director, officer, or a committee chair, and without retiree discount. A full membership will be approved by a majority vote at NATPA annual meeting with the presence of the provisional member.
Annual membership fee for provisional member is $60. Once a provisional member becomes a full member, one can pay $60 annually or $600 one-time fee for permanent membership. For retiree, if he/she is a full member, he/she will receive 50% discount (i.e., $30 for annual membership due and $300 for permanent membership.)
