"Get Tested. Grab A Bite" Vendor Form
  • Event Date: June 28, 2024
  • Event Time: 3:00pm-7:00pm.
  • Check-in Time: 12:00 pm. 
  • All vendors must complete setup by 2:00pm.
  • Vending fee is $75.
  • Nonprofit vendors are free.
  • Vendors will be provided a canopy tent but vendors have the option to bring their own tent.
  • All vendors will be provided 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 meal tickets, and a covered space. 
  • Please let us know if you would prefer to bring your own table and chairs.
  • Vendors cannot sell food 
  • Promotional item(s) to put in our SWAG Bag must be dropped off by 6/14.
