RefundsYour fee pays for direct operating costs such as staff, snacks and materials. All of these must be available each day for your child. When you enroll, you are reserving the time, space, staff and provisions for your child, whether the child attends or not. We cannot deduct days missed from your fee. Refunds will be granted to families who must cancel a week of care that has already been paid in full or drafted due to illness or family emergency with requested supported documentation.Refunds can take up to 30 days for processing. Refund requests should be made within 30 days of withdrawal from the program. Refund requests that are submitted past the 30 day limit will not be accepted.
