Roller Derby World Cup 2025 - Intent to Participate
The Roller Derby World Cup 2025 will be held in the first week of July 2025, in Innsbruck, Austria.

Fill this form out if you are an authorised representative of a recognised Roller Derby National Team planning to attend and compete at this World Cup event.
In this context, "recognised" means that your Nation is a member of the Roller Derby Nations Committee, eligible under their guidelines, and has satisfied the RDNC that you meet all their requirements, including providing an active representative to their forums, and acting in a democratic and open manner including team selection and tryouts.
"Authorised representative" means that the democratically mandated management of your Nation, as described above, has selected you to fill in this form on their behalf.

To help with scheduling, we strongly encourage this form to be submitted before 1 July 2024, but we will accept responses up till 10 July 2024.
In order to complete registration, a registration deposit must be initiated no later than 15 July 2024 - this will be repaid on the physical arrival of your team at the venue in Austria in the first week of July 2025, and acts as a bond to ensure all applications are non-frivolous. An email with registration and payment instructions will be sent to the contact email on this form within 48 hours of your response. Teams for whom this will be an issue should discuss this with RDWC on reply to the email ASAP. (RDNC members will already know some details via the committee processes.)

The Roller Derby World Cup 2025 is sized for approximately 50 attending nations. In the event of submissions of IoPs significantly in excess of this, registration will not be guaranteed for all applicants, and composition of the event will be developed in negotiation with the RDNC.

Registration for this event is not binding until payment is received.
On registration, a link to a form allowing your Nation to provide and update roster and other details will be provided.

Any questions can be addressed to your Roller Derby Nations Committee Regional Rep, or to RDWC via our skater relations address: rollerderbyworldcupteams@gmail.com , or directly to info@rollerderbyworldcup.com for the Chair & Finance matters.
