CHRISTMAS MARKET Vendor Application
We would like to invite you to apply to be a vendor at Provo's 3rd Annual Christmas Market. This annual event takes place on Saturday, December 5 from 4pm-8pm, in front of the Provo City Center on Center Street (351 W Center St).This outdoor festival was attended by 1,000 people (during a blizzard!) in 2013 and 2,500 people in 2014. Vendors will run their own booths and shops and must be done with set-up by 3:00pm.

We have limited space at this event and applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Preference is given to businesses exhibiting locally made and sourced products. Please complete this form, submit it, and we will notify you regarding your acceptance into this event and how you can complete your payment. Vendors will be notified by September 30 at the latest regarding acceptance. The market will accept 40-60 vendors depending on size needs.

On the second page of the application you will see information regarding fee structures. All vendor types pay a basic flat fee (ranging $15-$60 depending on vendor type). We do not take an additional percentage after the event. All vendors are required to have a tent, excluding food trucks.

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MIDNIGHT SEPTEMBER 18, 2015.
