You must be currently enrolled in classes at GRCC and using your Ch 31 VA - a change in your enrollment status may forfeit your eligibility for this program. The access card is non-transferable and cannot be sold or loaned to another person. You are expected to use this card for school business only, Monday through Sunday, for a total of 7 times per week. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a forfeit of all fees and deposits provided by the Department of Veteran Affairs.
