Electric Fields Festival Vendor Application Form
Electric Fields is back at Drumlanrig Castle this August. We pride ourselves on serving quality products geared towards making sure our audience is properly looked after for the whole weekend! The dates vendors are required to be available are from 30th Aug - 2nd Sept.

We receive hundreds of applications and we're sorry to say we only have time to get back to those who we think would fit best for EF! Thanks for taking the time to apply!

Please be aware that space for pitches is not free and that this is non negotiable. We require an image of your unit and copies of all relevant certificates if chosen for EF.

Food Vendors - Does the Food Business have a documented food safety management system based on HACCP?
Food Vendors - Do you have Staff Training records and copies of training certificates?
Provide details of Gas Safe Inspection Testing / Pressure Testing / Electrical Testing (if applicable).
Copies of the Certificates of testing must be submitted at a later date if chosen for EF.
