Request form for device connectivity, Hardware and Software Support.  

        Please make sure you shut down and restart your device before reaching out for support.  Students be sure you are logged with your credentials.

Support Request Quick tips:

1)  Access Codes for Parent Schoology login information:  
Call the Main office at your school for the access codes for parent accounts.  
These are different than student accounts.  Students should be logging in using and their Google credentials.
Schoology should be accessed via the Chrome browser.

2)  Zoom link missing or not working:  
Email the instructor for a new link and make sure to restart your device.
Zoom should be accessed via the Chrome browser not through an app.
