Market runs from 5 pm - 8 pm 

Set up will start at 3:45 pm 

25-35 spaces 

$35 - 10’x10’ outdoor spaces — you bring canopy (required), tables, chairs 

Booth assignments will be finalized and reported to vendors prior to the Oktoberfest at Coastal Fermentory Booth assignments will be made by Heart of Virginia Artisans and will be based on product offerings.

 If approved, your booth fee will be due within 24 hours to reserve your space!

At Heart of Virginia Artisans, we focus on creating artisan markets at breweries, wineries, festivals, and similar venues, catering to individuals already in attendance. While we are not a promoter ourselves, we strongly encourage all artisans to take responsibility for their own promotion. By tagging venues and sharing space with their audience, artisans can maximize their exposure and make the most of these unique opportunities. Additionally, Heart of Virginia Artisans actively promotes our events across social media and through the Virginia Tourism Corporation to further enhance visibility and attract visitors statewide.
