Enhancing your Teaching Practice (with Technology) workshop - 18 Feb. 2015

These workshops are an opportunity for you to begin engaging with the ‘Teaching Approaches Menu’ that has been developed to reflect the varied teaching practices of academic staff at SHU. The Menu is a framework that will assist academic staff in identifying different teaching strategies and the technologies that can support and facilitate these strategies, enhancing existing provision or as part of designing and developing new courses.

During the session you will:

reflect on your current teaching approaches
consider the use of technology to enhance teaching approaches
explore the balance of teaching approaches and use of technology across modules
develop an action plan of how you will enhance their teaching approaches
