Job Description:

 1. Answer mails professionally
 2. Respond to customer inquiries
 3. Research required information using available resources
 4.  Handle and resolve customer complaints
 5. Enter customer information
 6. Identify and escalate priority issue

Salary Package  :  : 2 Lac to 2.50 Lac
