TRANSFER ADVISING SERVICE REQUEST FORM
Dear KUV students,

Please read the transfer advising service policy and fill out this form to schedule a one-on-one transfer advising appointment with the Student Affairs Department.

Here is what you can/ cannot expect to receive from the school's Transfer Advising Service.

We will:
- Provide guidance for student to complete the transfer application
- Consult student to complete the visa application and provide visa mock interview (if applicable)
- Connect student with our alumni if possible
- Guide student to conduct school research and select the appropriated schools based on major, COA, ranking, etc.
- Work directly with applicants
 
Chúng tôi sẽ:
- Tư vấn/ hướng dẫn sinh viên thực hiện hồ sơ nhập học
- Tư vấn/ hướng dẫn sinh viên thực hiện hồ sơ thị thực + Tập luyện phỏng vấn (nếu có)
- Kết nối với cựu sinh viên để chia sẻ kinh nghiệm du học (nếu có thể)
- Hướng dẫn sinh viên trong việc tìm trường/ giới thiệu trường đối tác phù hợp kế hoạch học tập (ngành học/ học phí/ thứ hạng,..)
- Làm việc trực tiếp với sinh viên/ đương đơn thị thực

We won't:
- Charge the service fee
- Complete the transfer application on behalf of student
- Complete the visa application on behalf of student
- Guarantee the transfer admission result
- Guarantee the visa application result
- Work with parents

- Thực hiện hộ hồ sơ nhập học

- Cam kết kết quả chuyển tiếp tín chỉ
- Cam kết kết quả thị thực
