Cherry Tree Alliance Back to School Bash
Wanting to attend our Back to School Bash?!!?  Awesome!  Please READ CAREFULLY as there are some important things you need to know before registering for this event.  

This event is only for children that will be entering:   Kindergarten, First, Second, Third, Fourth, or Fifth Grade this fall.
As much as we would love to open our day to everyone, our focus is on these ages only.  We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for children that are not in the grades stated above.    

Because of the activities we have planned, this is not a "drop off" event.  Children attending must have a parent or adult guardian with them the entire time. 

REGISTRATION is required.  So spread the word to friends. You must register by Wednesday August 7th.    
We are sorry, but we are unable to accept walk-ins.

Our Back to School BASH is Saturday August 10th!
Check-in begins at 2:30pm 
A fun  day of:
- Bounce Houses (featuring water!)
- Crazy Golf 
- Bubble Zone 
- Carnival Games
- Prize Booth (to cash in your tickets)
  
 Each Child  in attendance will receive a FREE Backpack filled with school supplies (while supplies last).

PLEASE bring a bathing suit, a towel and a change of clothes. 
 
EVERYONE is invited to come back this evening for an Outdoor Movie and bring the entire family and invite friends. 
 
Our feature will be:  The Garfield Movie
Parking lot opens at 8:15pm
We will be selling popcorn, movie snacks and drinks as a fundraiser for CTAC Kids Ministries. 
Movie begins at dusk.
 *If rain is forecasted...the movie will be rescheduled for another time.  That decision will be made at 6:00pm.

PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE CONTINUING...
We would like to ask you to join us in praying for this event.  Please pray specifically that we have:  good weather,  a healthy and safe day for everyone, and that the kids all feel excited and encouraged this 2024/2025 School Year. 

As germs are forever in our lives, we do our best to disinfect & sanitize when we feel it necessary during our time together.  However, we must ask that you do not send your child if ANYONE IN YOUR HOME is experiencing any of these symptoms:  fever, cough, chills, fatigue, muscle aches, diarrhea, headache, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting. IF YOUR CHILD exhibits any of the above symptoms while in our care, you will be notified to pick them up immediately.

ALL CHILDREN attending  MUST have a parent or adult guardian with them through the duration of our BTSB.   cann
