Astoria Community Church - Helps Ministry Survey
The Diaconate's mission is to minister to those in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress, and to equip the church to extend mercy and justice to our neighbors in Astoria. The role of the Diaconate is to lead a congregation in its ministries of mercy. Please take a few moments to complete the survey below so that the Diaconate can know the ways in which you can participate in this mission to practically love one another and our neighbors here in Queens. Thank you!
