At Voices of Impact, we partner with community-based organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and businesses to strengthen resilience, wellness, and community care across Watts and South Los Angeles.
Through our trauma-informed approach, we provide practical, accessible tools that support individuals, families, staff, and frontline staff in navigating stress, building emotional regulation, and sustaining wellbeing, both personally and professionally.
In addition to our partnerships, we offer free community-based workshops and trainings throughout the year for parents, youth, and local residents. These spaces are designed to be welcoming, culturally responsive, and rooted in real-life application, ensuring that the tools shared can be used immediately within homes, schools, and communities.
For organizations interested in bringing this work directly to their teams, we offer customized training experiences for staff, service providers, and leadership. To maintain the quality, impact, and sustainability of this work, our private training offerings are intentionally limited.
Our Training Philosophy
Voices of Impact approaches training as both a learning experience and a capacity-building investment. While we offer one-time workshops, we prioritize partnerships that support long-term integration of trauma-informed, resilience-based practices across organizations and communities.
All Voices of Impact trainings are:
• Trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices
• Culturally responsive, reflecting the lived experiences of the populations we serve
• Designed for equipping participants with practical tools they can immediately use
• Adaptable across diverse audiences, including staff, parents, youth, and community members
