Sacramental Registers are permanent, confidential, historical documents. Sacramental records can only be requested by, and issued to the individual who received the Sacrament, parent/guardian of a minor, a requesting parish or diocese.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Records must be picked up in person or mailed directly to the parish requesting record(s).
Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
