Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability:

I, the undersigned, am aware of, acknowledge and accept the following:

Nature of Service: The optional, complimentary shuttle service offered by QuickFairs for use on a voluntary basis to facilitate transfers between the airport, Coiltech exhibition venue, and accommodations (when the fair is closed or close to closing time) does not constitute a contractual obligation. It is provided solely as a courtesy.

Assumption of Risk: I am aware of and accept all risks, typically associated with any means of transportation, related to the use of the shuttle service. These include, but are not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, or death.

Waiver of Liability: In consideration of my voluntary use of the complimentary shuttle service, I, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, as well as the Company and/or Entity for which I am employed or serve as a consultant or external party, hereby release and forever discharge the event organizers, sponsors, and the shuttle service provider, including their officers, employees, and agents—even if such is found to be caused by their omission or negligence—from any and all claims, demands, legal actions, or rights to action, of any kind or nature, whether in law or equity, that arise from or are related to any known or unknown bodily or personal injuries, death, or property damage resulting from the use of the shuttle service.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, and the shuttle service provider from any and all claims, actions, legal proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, that arise from my use of the shuttle service.

Compliance with Instructions: I agree to adhere to all instructions and guidelines issued by the shuttle service provider and the event organizers during the use of the shuttle service.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I authorize any necessary first aid and/or medical treatment. I further authorize medical personnel treating me to sign any required authorization forms or other relevant medical documents on my behalf should I be temporarily incapacitated. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my treatment.
