Bellarmine University - Undergraduate Student - Summer Housing 2013

In order to apply for Summer Housing 2013, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Enroll in at least 1 summer session and be registered for Fall 2013 unless you are graduating at the end of the summer
OR
2. Particpate in an Internship for class credit and/or degree requirement.

If you are a new resident to Bellarmine Univeristy, please submit your $85 Damage Deposit to the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Assignments will not be made until deposits are received.

If you currently live in campus and have a Damage Deposit on file, no additional deposit is needed.

    Room, Dates and Billing

    Once your application has been received and you have been assigned a room, you will recieve a letter with your placement and your total bill. A charge will be applied to your account at the beginning of every term for the time you have stayed in Summer Housing.

    Checking In

    Residents should check in according to the schedule below. If you have concerns or questions about the check-in times, please contact Charlie Edmiston at cedmiston@bellarmine.edu preferably, or (770) 313-9462. TERM I, II, & IV May 24th - 27th 3:00pm to 7:00pm TERM III June 29th - 30th 3:00pm to 7:00pm TERM V July 27th - 28th 3:00pm to 7:00pm If you are residing with us for multiple terms, check-in during the times listed above for the first term you are attending.

    OUR STAFF During your stay, our staff is available to assist if you are locked out of your room, have questions about resources on campus, or need to schedule a check-out appointment. Contact Hannah Piechowski, Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life, at least 2 weeks before your original check-out date. The ability to extend your stay will depend on other bookings already in the system and the status of your bill. HOW DO I CHECK OUT? Contact the Resident Assistant on Duty at (502) 475-9367 at least 24 hours in advance of your prefered check-out date and time. The Resident Assistant on Duty will do their best to schedule a check-out appointment for your prefered time and availability of schedule. To avoid additional fees, make sure your room is returned to its original state before check-out: all trash is removed, blinds lowered and opened, fridge defrosted and unplugged, all personal items removed, and all maintenance issues reported. WHAT FOOD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS? Hours of operation for all food establishments on campus will be published on the Bellarmine website: http://www.bellarminedining.com/ WHAT IS MY ADDRESS? Louisville KY 40205 When a package is delivered to campus, our staff will create a package slip and slide it under your door with your mail nightly.
