Interpreter Request Form
The purpose of an interpreter is to convey the message between all parties.  The interpreter will not be able to share their opinion, give advice and/or engage in side conversations.  It is best practice to build in 5 minutes to allow for introductions and a quick review of the purpose of the meeting.

Kindly book an interpreter 24 hours in advance and, where possible, between 9:00am - 4:30pm. 
  • Note: Interpretation Dispatchers' working hours are 9:00-4:30pm. Requests made in the evening for an early morning interpretation on the following day may require additional processing time.
To cancel an interpretation request (less than 24 hours), please submit a cancellation request on this form and also call (647) 223-0087   NOTE: Charges may still apply

Reminder: Please confirm with the parent(s) if they need an interpreter prior to booking.
