1. Attend the election meeting during YOUR lunch in Room 330 on Fri, Jan 26th.
2. Print the Student Candidacy Petition and submit it to the Google Drive folder (linked on the website) by the Jan 31st (by 8:45 AM) deadline – https://goo.gl/UzW7cT.
3. Print five Teacher Recommendation forms and ask them to submit them to Mrs Chaney by the Feb 2nd deadline. DO NOT FORGET TO PROVIDE THE TEACHERS WITH ENVELOPES!!!!! Form: https://goo.gl/mmLrJx.
4. Read the speech guidelines in the application instructions and submit speech transcript in this online form (see below) by the deadline stated above.
5. Schedule a time on the posted sheet outside of Mrs Chaney's Room (330) to film your speech. Speech sign ups are due by Wednesday, January 31st by 8:45 AM as well.
By submitting this form, you are agreeing to attend weekly meetings, support as many student council events as you can, attend the mandatory retreat, and put forth your strongest commitment to make Westlake a better place.
