Community or State Leadership Award 2017
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
An individual whose outstanding leadership helps (1) drive the success of a base redevelopment project; and/or (2) build a military-community partnership to enhance the mission of an active installation. A nominee may be an elected or appointed (non-military) official at the state, regional or local level, a volunteer, or the chief executive officer of a local redevelopment authority (or equivalent organization).
SUBMITTING YOUR NOMINATION/CONFIRMATION
•The deadline to submit a nomination is March 24, 2017.

•Review the award criteria to ensure the nominee is qualified.

•Please fill out the form completely. Incomplete nominations will not be
considered.

•When form is complete, click “submit.” You may also print a copy for
your records.You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

•Should additional information for the nomination be required, ADC will
contact the nominator. ADC will notify the nominators/nominees of its
decision after April 27, 2017.

•Nominees that have received an ADC Defense Communities Award in
the past three years are ineligible.
