To work efficiently and free from distractions, I ask that everyone vacate the property until the session is complete. This ensures that there are not any unnecessary edits that need to be made (ex. removing people from images) or extra time spent asking for people to relocate to other rooms while I work. This also helps prevent any potential fines from HAAR for people shown in images. The turnaround time for the final product will be greatly reduced if this request can be met. However, if the home owner wishes to be present, I may request additional time to edit and deliver the images to ensure high quality media is provided. *

Information for the Home Owner:

Thank you for entrusting me to capture your home! To ensure the media provided is high quality and represents your home in the "best light", I have a few recommendations to make your home picture ready.

1. Clean all windows, inside and out, and also all mirrors - especially bathroom mirrors.

2. Clean all ceiling fans and fan blades.

3. Please ensure that all light bulbs are in working order. Lamps can help add a nice ambiance to an image, so if desired, please ensure bulbs are present in lamps as well.

When I arrive, I will turn on all of the lights, turn off all ceiling fans, fully open curtains and adjust blinds to be open - parallel with the floor. For windows with a truly spectacular view, I may open the blinds fully. If you have ceiling fans that are only operated by remote, please leave the remote where I can access it easily.

I am honored to capture your home during this important transition for you and your family and I promise to treat your home with the utmost respect and care, as if it were my own. Thank you!
