Raleigh's International Food Festival -Saturday - JUNE 7th 2025-FAYETTEVILLE STREET -READ CAREFULLY before signing up! The goal of this festival is to encourage and promote cross-cultural exchange in our community.  THIS SECTION IS FOR FOOD/BAZAAR/VENDORS/SPONSORS/ADVERTISERS/EXHIBITORS!

GENERAL: 1. This application is free - please be as specific and accurate as possible. Please read all the details before signing up. 

Plan on checking your emails on regular basis please. 

2. PLEASE NOTE:  Water and electricity are limited on Fayetteville St. So please plan on bringing your own generator (silent) Bring your own tent, tables and chairs. Bring your own tent anchors. Food Trucks, please bring your fire extinguishers. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS YEAR WE ARE MORE SELECTIVE IN FOOD TRUCKS TO KEEP OUR REPUTATION OF UNIQUE FOOD, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING "FAIR FOOD" VENDORS. WE ARE SORRY BUT WE HEARD FROM ATTENDEES THAT THEY DONT LIKE SEEING FAIR FOOD. THEY ARE THERE FOR INTERNATIONAL FOODS.

3.  Once you have registered, please wait for an acceptance email from NC Vibes.  Once we send an acceptance, please send the payment asap to secure your spot as we have first pay, first serve policy.  

Payment is the only way to secure your spot. 

4.  Due date for registering is May 25- TFEs and Payment due date is May 25-No exceptions.
5.  Food vendors - FOOD TRUCKS HAVE A PRIORITY - must have your own quiet generator. See #9 for more details.

6.  Space is limited and once you are accepted and have paid, NO REFUNDS will be issued.  We turn down other people once we save your spot.

7.  Please make sure you answer every question.
 
8.  FLAGS: Please plan on having a flag of the country you are representing along with the USA's flag. (UN recognized flag)

9. APPLICATIONS ARE FREE - If APPROVED you will receive an email with instructions for payment.  PARTICIPATION IS CONFIRMED ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. We don't accept Credit Cards.

10. Prices have not changed from 2024. Please see the chart below and check the box that applies. 
Please note- Due to limited space and high demand- Food Trucks larger than 10x20 will have an extra charge.               
11. Performances - free to participate and promote your business and group- use Performers Registration Form

12. This is a friendly event that celebrates Raleigh and its welcoming spirit, any confrontations or problems will be addressed immediately by the organizer. Arguments and negative behavior in public are NOT permitted during the event. NC Vibes reserves the right to have the vendor removed from the grounds if behavior deemed inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in this case.  VENDORS WILL BE ESCORTED OUT BY Raleigh Police Department if any confrontation or rude, inappropriate or aggressive behavior.

14. Please list all the items you will be selling in your application. Any deviation from the menu must be pre-approved. Selling a non-approved menu item, the day of the event will result in a possible fine. Please note that NCVIBES has the right to approve food items served during the event. Deviation from approved menus, deemed unapproved by audits will result in dismissal on the spot. NO Exceptions. 
 
15. Vendors are required to be ready to serve food by 11:00 and stay open until 8:00 pm. Vendors are not allowed to pack up and leave before 9:00 pm.
 
16. Vendors may sell any NON-Alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic drinks are not permitted. 

17. The organizer reserves the right to assign vendor spots. If a vendor changes spots without permission, they will be escorted out of the festival.
 
18. A Certificate of Insurance is required from food vendors naming both the City of Raleigh and NC Vibes - please make sure you turn in your paperwork no later than May 25, 2025

19. Please note: BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR, outdoor electrical is limited and the street does not have enough power to handle all the food trucks. So please bring your silent generator.

20. DUE TO FRAUDULENT VENDORS IN THE PAST USING CREDIT CARDS, WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT CHECKS, CASH OR MONEY ORDERS.   You as a vendor can accept what you like. This is for vendor fees only.

21. Rain or Shine- 
In order to process your application, we will need a reliable contact email for your vendor. This email is how all important information will be sent out from this point forward.  PLEASE  MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL and CELL number are ACCURATE.

General release:  The Undersigned does hereby release, forever discharge, and hold NC Vibes, City of Raleigh, or any of their employees, associates, or sponsors of and from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity from any loss or damage to property of the Undersigned while in possession or supervision of the festival, its agents, representatives, or employees.  The Undersigned consents to enforcement of all festival rules.  The Undersigned gives permission for photos or depiction of his/her work accepted for Raleigh's International Food Festival to be used for festival promotion purposes.  Festival management reserves the right to disqualify or expel any exhibitor failing to follow festival guidelines or causing any problems to fellow exhibitors, patrons, or management.  Management reserves the right to make final interpretation of all rules. I understand that there are no refunds if I cancel participation. 

I have read and understand the Insurance Requirements and agree to the following Indemnification Clause: To the fullest extent permitted by law, vendors, exhibitors and performers shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Raleigh, each of the City's officers, officials, employees, agents, independent contractors, NC Vibes,  LLC & The International Festival organization, its volunteers, staff and officers -from and against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys' fees), obligations, duties, fines, penalties, royalties, interest charges and other liabilities paid or incurred by any of them as a result of any claims, demands, lawsuits, actions, or proceedings: arising from other vendors, performers or attendees, employees or subcontractors relating to this Contract, including but not limited to any liability caused by an accident or other occurrence resulting in bodily injury, death, sickness or disease to any person(s) or damage or destruction to any property, real or personal, tangible or intangible; including but not limited to claims relating to worker's compensation, failure to withhold taxes and the like.

I AM VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE INTERNATIONAL FOOD FESTIVAL AND I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY ENTIRELY AT MY OWN RISK.  I agree to indemnify and hold NC Vibes, the organizers, and the City of Raleigh harmless against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse NC Vibes.

CONFIRMATION:   I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS "WAIVER AND RELEASE" AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AND I AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP OR WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT I OTHERWISE HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.


I have read and understand the Insurance Requirements and agree to the following Indemnification Clause: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the business or individual registering and their representative(s) shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NC Vibes, The International Festival, The City and each of the officers, officials, employees, agents and independent contractors (and Event Organizer) from and against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including attorneys' fees), obligations, duties, fines, penalties, royalties, interest charges and other liabilities (including settlement amounts) paid or incurred by any of them as a result of any claims, demands, lawsuits, actions, or proceedings, The organizers NC Vibes and its agents, contractors  or subcontractors relating to this Contract, including but not limited to any liability caused by an accident or other occurrence resulting in bodily injury, death, sickness or disease to any person(s) or damage or destruction to any property, real or personal, tangible or intangible; (iii) arising from the Event Organizer(s) violation of any law (including, without limitation, immigration laws); (iv) seeking payment for labor or materials purchased or supplied by the Contractor or its subcontractors in connection with this Contract; (v) any claim that the Event Organizer(s) or an employee or subcontractor of the Event Organizer(s) is an employee of the City, including but not limited to claims relating to worker's compensation, failure to withhold taxes and the like; or (vi) alleging violation, misappropriation or infringement of any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other proprietary rights with respect to the Work or any products or deliverables provided pursuant to this Contract ("Infringement Claims").
