An urgent convening of mayors and councillors on ways we can collectively protect our communities from climate disasters and rebuild, just ahead of the FCM Annual Conference in Edmonton on Thursday June 4. Mayors and councillors from across Canada will convene to share frontline experiences, unite around a shared vision, and to focus Prime Minister Carney and the federal government on the most ambitious nation-building project: safeguarding our communities from climate breakdown and building an affordable and united Canada.

The Summit will include closed morning sessions for Elbows Up for Climate signees, a keynote address from Pulitzer prize nominated author John Vaillant, and a following reception.
