AVAILABILITY UPDATE: I now work a full time job so my calendar is packed. I’m only able to fulfill a few order every other Saturday. Please be patient and gracious with me if I am not able to fulfill your order. The further out you book, the better! Thanks you! -Haley

Thank you for choosing Dia del Pastel and trusting me to make your all vegan cake!
All of the cakes are made from scratch, with a curated recipe to produce the yummiest cake you’ll ever have. These cakes are entirely vegan! No eggs, dairy or animal product is used.
Please remember to order your cake as far in advance as possible. Recommended two weeks to a month!

I do my absolute best to prevent cross-contamination, but please be aware my kitchen is NOT gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, or corn-free.
They come two layered, and can be decorated to your liking and the best of my abilities. 

All cake orders are reviewed before being accepted.
Once your order is complete I will email you directly and/or send a text.
Payments are completed through QuickBooks online! I also accept cash payments.

Dia del Pastel came about in 2020. I got bored and started making up cakes that resembled pastries from back home in Fresno, California at all the pastelaria's. I have spent years in the kitchens cooking, and baking, held two roles in my career as a lead baker and a Pastry Chef. I have the most fun and creativity when recreating non vegan pastries. Dia del Pastel is my way of celebrating the sweets that I lost access to when moving to the PNW. Dia del Pastel means, Day of the CAKE!
 I am so proud and happy for the many new vegan bakers/makers that have began to bloom their businesses in this area and I'm more so happy to be a part of this small community. If you can't find what you're looking for with me, I'll point you in the direction!

Prices have indeed increased significantly. They are to reflect the inflation of product and my need to make a living, I hope you humbly understand this.

Custom Decoration Email Reference Photos HERE! 
All custom orders need to be submitted 2 weeks to a month in advance. They need to have a reference photo as well. This helps me better see your vision and also give you the cake you want. If you're not sure what you want, I charge a $35 consultation fee to discuss your custom order and what I’ll be able to provide you. Thank you for understanding.
