Empower InvisAbilities Chapter Application

Thank you for your interest in starting or leading an Empower InvisAbilities chapter in your school, community, or region. Empower InvisAbilities is a youth-led nonprofit focused on raising awareness, promoting inclusion, and supporting individuals with invisible disabilities and neurodiversity through education, advocacy, and community initiatives.

Here's what we've built so far:

  • 500+ individuals reached across 4 continents
  • Workshops across U.S.  reaching 200+ students directly
  • Books, teacher toolkits, and sensory tools donated to 15+ military schools in India — 250+ students received disability education for the first time
  • Student and teacher surveys designed with district-level research staff to measure gaps in accommodation awareness
  • $5k+ raised, grants pending
  • Chapters active in the UK, Australia, and Africa, Asia

By applying to become a Chapter Lead, you are taking the first major step toward helping bring this mission to your own community. Chapter leaders may help organize awareness campaigns, lead school or community outreach, host workshops or events, share educational resources, and create local initiatives that help students better understand invisible disabilities and neurodivergent experiences.

This application helps us learn more about you, your leadership experience, your connection to our mission, and your ideas for building a chapter in your area. If your application looks strong, we'll set up a short call to talk through your vision.

What you get: a named Chapter Lead title under a registered US 501(c)(3), a full toolkit so you're not starting from scratch, and documented impact numbers you can use on applications.
