JoVE Usage Leaderboard - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University 

We are pleased to recognize and reward faculty members who effectively use JoVE resources in teaching and research activities.

To participate, simply complete the form below and start using JoVE resources:

  • Register using your institutional JoVE account

  • Provide information about the courses you teach and the level of student engagement with JoVE resources

Leaderboard Criteria

Faculty members will move up the leaderboard based on the following indicators:

  • Total number of videos viewed:
    The number of JoVE videos watched by the participant (tracked via individual user accounts).

  • Integration into the learning process:
    The number of JoVE videos embedded into course syllabi or programs, as well as the number of quizzes created.
    Integrations and views will be tracked by the CS team.

Each type of activity carries a specific number of points.

Please note that embeddings will be counted starting from 19 January 2026 until 19 March 2026

Points Allocation

  • Watching a video: 1 point per video

  • Integrating a video into teaching: 10 points per integrated video

  • Creating a student quiz: 15 points per quiz
    (At least 5 students must complete the quiz)
