Annual Parish Safeguarding Attestation
All parish priests/administrators/diocesan entity leaders are obliged to provide an annual attestation report regarding the fulfilment of safeguarding requirements.

These items represent minimum activities for maintaining a culture of safeguarding; it is not an exhaustive list of expected safeguarding activities.

By submitting this form, you attest that the responses are a true and fair record of the operation of the parish/entity in respect of the safeguarding requirements.
