Unearth a Story: Summer Tween/Teen Reading Log

For all participants grades 5-12 registered for the Tween/Teen Summer Reading Program, simply log the amount of time you have spent reading below to earn tickets toward cool prizes! You can fill this form out as many times as you would like throughout the summer so you don't lose track of your hours.

Please log your reading from June 22nd - August 21st.

You will earn ONE raffle entry for every TWO hours spent reading.
Choose which raffles you would like your tickets entered once you are done logging hours, and winners will be drawn and announced on August 25th
