After submission of this request form, you will be contacted to confirm a date. Upon confirmed date you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice for requested photographic services.

Deposits:
Portrait Sessions
 A $50 Non-refundable booking fee deposit is required to reserve your date except: emergencies and uncontrolled extenuating circumstances. The remaining amount is due before the start of the photo session.
