Wellbeing Measurement for Greek Educators
Educator wellbeing is integral to promoting a whole-school approach to mental health and wellbeing. Empirical research by Herman et al in 2017 has identified only 7% of teachers as being well adjusted with low stress and high wellbeing, while all other participants reported some amount of burnout. Research has also found that teachers' stress has an impact on children's learning in primary schools. If educators are to be successful , then we need to make sure that their mental health and wellbeing are effectively supported. By answering the questions in this survey you accept to take part in the research. Your Data is protected by GDPR regulations and our commitment to coaching ethic.

Wellbeing and perception of stress
The question in this scale asks about your feeling and thoughts DURING THE LAST MONTH. In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you felt and thought a certain way. Although some of the questions are similar, there are differences between them and you should treat each one as a separate question. The best approach is to answer fairly quickly. That is, don't try to count up the number of times you felt a particular way, but rather indicate the alternative that seems like a reasonable estimate.  PSS-10 (Cohen et al.,1983)
