Acceptable Use Student District Authorization for Electronic Network Access and Student Chromebook Agreement
Each student must sign the Acceptable Use and Student Chromebook Agreement form before being granted a District Chromebook, charger, and unsupervised access. Please read this document carefully before signing.

I understand that the Access to Electronic Networks Policy is available on the District website (sd925.org) for review. I understand and will abide by the Acceptable Use of the District's Electronic Networks. I understand that the District and/or its agents may access and monitor my use of the District's electronic networks, including the Internet, my email and downloaded material, without prior notice to me. I further understand that should I commit any violation, my access privileges may be revoked, and school disciplinary action and/or legal action may be taken. In consideration for using the District's electronic network connection and having access to public networks, I hereby release the School District and its Board members, employees, and agents from any claims and damages arising from my use of, or inability to use the District's electronic networks, including the Internet. *

I understand that the Chromebook Agreement form is available on the District website (sd925.org) for review and provides information about Chromebooks, procedures relative to loss or damage to the Chromebook, and other expectations. Use of a Chromebook, like any other use of District technology, is governed by the District’s Access to Electronic Network Policy, which students and their parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing and understanding. Inappropriate use of District technology may result in limited or banned computer use and/or disciplinary action as outlined in the Westchester School District 92½ Chromebook Guidelines and Usage Expectations.   *
