Some important reminders:
1. When you fill out this form, your information will be sent to the Point of Contact (POC) from the Philippine Space Agency (PhilSA).
2. The POC will review your information and issue an ID and PW to access the members-only page and send it to your email address. Please note that it will take approximately three (3) business days to issue your ID and PW.
3. If you do not receive the ID notification email after 3 business days, please contact the POC in your area via kiborpcphilippines@philsa.gov.ph.
4. Please provide information for this form completely. Do not use abbreviations/aliases/acronyms.
