Founded in 1999, the Friends of Westbrook School Foundation (FOWS) raises funds from the greater Westbrook community and makes grants for school improvements that do not fall within the expenditure guidelines of the Westbrook PTA and are not included in MCPS spending plans.

FOWS represents the best of Westbrook - we are committed to the value of public school education and its impact on the quality of life of Westbrook students, teachers, families, and the community.
