Parent House Leader Questionnaire - 5th grade parents only CHIS
Because CHIS does not have a PTO, and we also only have your children for only 2 years, we are thinking of another way to get our parents organized to volunteer and be a part of our school community.  Our idea is to choose 1 6th grade parent volunteer from each House to be the "Parent Leader" for that House. 

These volunteers would work closely with the other Teacher House Leaders and administration to help communicate to other parent volunteers ways they can support or be involved in our school, such as helping organize or support appreciation days for staff, field day,  and other House or school-wide events.  If you would be willing to be a Parent Leader at CHIS next year, or would like to nominate another parent for this position, please fill out this form.  

All parents who apply or are interested in being more involved are invited to attend a meeting on April 23 at 3:30 to begin creating a plan on how to  increase parent involvement at CHIS.  Hope to see you there!
