2026 FESTIVAL HEALER & MARKET STALL APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in bringing your gifts, products, services, and creativity to the Taste of Love Festival marketplace.

Our market area is the vibrant heart of the festival—a colourful gathering place where participants can explore beautiful creations, connect with healers and artisans, enjoy delicious treats, and discover unique offerings that support their festival journey.

We welcome a wide variety of market stalls including:

  • Chai tents and beverage vendors

  • Matcha, sweets, desserts, and ice cream

  • Jewellery and handcrafted creations

  • Festival fashion and clothing

  • Vintage and second-hand treasures

  • Costumes and dress-up collections

  • Hair braiding and styling

  • Face painting and body art

  • Massage and bodywork practitioners

  • Healing sessions and complementary therapies

  • Tantric massage and conscious touch practitioners

  • Wellness products and natural remedies

  • Artists, creators, makers, and visionaries of all kinds

If your offering contributes beauty, healing, creativity, nourishment, connection, or celebration, we would love to hear from you.

The Taste of Love marketplace is designed to complement the festival experience rather than compete with it. Most trading occurs during meal breaks, free time, and social gathering periods, allowing stall holders to fully participate in workshops, community activities, ceremonies, dance events, and the broader festival experience.

A Market Stall Ticket includes:

  • One 3m x 3m market stall space

  • Two full festival passes

  • Free camping for two people

  • Access to all festival workshops and activities

  • Promotion through the festival community

Stall holders are required to provide their own equipment, including a suitable 3m x 3m marquee and any tables, displays, lighting, or infrastructure required for their stall.

If you require additional stall assistants beyond the two included festival passes, additional market stall team members can be added for $200 per person.

Please note that all market vendors are required to purchase a Market Stall Ticket to secure their place at the festival.

Taste of Love is much more than a marketplace. It is a thriving community of conscious, creative, heart-centred people coming together to celebrate life, connection, growth, and expression. We encourage all stall holders to immerse themselves fully in the festival experience, meet new friends, explore workshops, and enjoy the magic of the gathering.

Only paid applications will be approved; they include 2 Festival tickets and BYO camping from November 5-10th. If you are not approved for whatever reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.

As a healer and practitioner, you are self-responsible for your expertise and practice and have your own professional indemnity insurance (recommended). The festival takes no responsibility for any malpractice. *
Healers and Practitioners need to be trauma-informed and have knowledge of consent, power dynamics and non-violent communication skills  *

This festival relies on cross-promotions, we will promote you and require you to promote the festival. How do you plan to help promote this event? *
Are you able to hang up posters & distribute flyers to promote the festival? How many do you require of each? (eg: in a cafe you would put a stack of 20 flyers & 2 posters, at an event of 50 people you would put a stack of 50 flyers).
