Have you purchased your Healer or Market stall ticket? 
Only paid applications will be approved; they include 2 Festival tickets and BYO camping from November 5-10th. If you are not approved for whatever reason, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Market and Healer's stall tickets are $550, which includes free BYO camping and allows for two staff members. Additional staff members will be $200 each.   *

Treatment Space: Festival Markets and Healers are responsible for creating & furnishing their own treatment space (eg. marquee, massage tables, cushions, mats etc).

As a healer and practitioner, you are self-responsible for your expertise and practice and have your own professional indemnity insurance (recommended). The festival takes no responsibility for any malpractice. *
Healers and Practitioners need to be trauma-informed and have knowledge of consent, power dynamics and non-violent communication skills  *

Please confirm you are available to arrive 1 Day prior to Festival Commencement to set up (please bring your own food and food set up as the Camp Kitchen will be closed) *
Set up starts Wednesday 7am until Thursday 11am SHARP - no more help available after that time as participants start arriving  *
This festival relies on cross-promotions, we will promote you and require you to promote the festival. How do you plan to help promote this event? *
Are you able to hang up posters & distribute flyers to promote the festival? How many do you require of each? (eg: in a cafe you would put a stack of 20 flyers & 2 posters, at an event of 50 people you would put a stack of 50 flyers).
