Booths in the Shrine Building are Carpet and Vinyl Flooring. Booths in the Home and Family Arts Building are Concrete Flooring. Booths marked out have already been reserved.

Booth Pricing *

Please select the pricing that reflects your member status and booth size. Membership is based on the company name/organization that is registered with BAKFC. Dues must be paid and membership current through March 31, 2020 to qualify for Member Rates. Additional MEMBER businesses occupying/sharing booth spaces or displaying name of second organization will be charged $600.00 per booth space.

All booths come with one table (skirted with cloth) and two chairs. The table and chairs WILL NOT be stored and there will be NO EXTRA tables or chairs available. *

BOOTH MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE SETTING UP.

Set-Up:

• Booth set-up begins: Thursday, March 19th from 12:00pm – 7:00pm
• Booth set-up is also Friday, March 20th from 8:00am – 11:00 am
• ALL BOOTHS MUST BE SET UP BY 11:00AM ON FRIDAY, MARCH 20TH
• BOOTHS THAT ARE NOT SET BY 11AM WILL INCUR A $100 PENALTY AND WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE SHOW ON FRIDAY

Tear-Down:

• Booth tear-down begins: Sunday, March 22nd at 4:01pm
• BOOTHS THAT TEAR-DOWN EARLY WILL INCUR A $100 PENALTY
• All displays need to be removed by Monday, March 23rd at 11:00am
• Any booths not removed by Monday, March 23rd at 11:01am will be removed and a $100 penalty will be assessed. Displays removed by BAKFC run the risk of being discarded.

Security:

• Proof of liability insurance must be received prior to show start
• Insure your displays and products to cover theft/damage
• BAKFC is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Signature, Position *

By signing this registration, you are agreeing to participate in the show and remitting payment in full. Due to advertising expenditures prior to the show, refunds will not be issued.
